Funeral Services for Stephen Dannis Rogers, 21, of Many, were held on Tuesday, Jan. 13 at Negreet High School with the Reverends Buddy Freeman and Kenneth Leach officiating. Burial followed in the Beulah Cemetery. Rogers was born on Sunday, Dec. 26, 1993 in DeRidder. He passed away on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015 in Many. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Glenn E. Adams and Dannie H. Temple, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Carrie Brown and husband, Joey, of Florien; father, Dannis Rogers and wife, Missy, of Many; sister, Stephanie Davis and husband, Sean, of Elmer; brother, Shelby Rogers of Many; stepsister, Destiny Brown of Many; step-brothers, Cameron Canik, Colton Canik and Collin Canik of Many; maternal grandparents, Mike and Vicki Brown of Hornbeck; paternal grandparents,
James and Ann Rogers of Many; special friend, Tammy Tedder of Many; aunts and uncles, Luke and Kandie Beasley of Many, Wendy and Scott Battaglia of Shreveport, Brentley Terrell of Keithville, Danielle Temple of Hornbeck, Dannie Temple, Jr. of Hornbeck, Bobby Coleman of Georgia and Barbara Jean Rogers of Many along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
