    Funeral Services for Audrey Merle Torres, 93, of Zwolle, were held on Dec.28, at First Baptist Church of Zwolle with the Rev. Jerry Penfield officiating. Burial followed in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Zwolle. Audrey Merle Torres was born on Wednesday, June 22, 1921 in Florien. She passed away on Thursday, Dec. 25,2014 at Willis Knighton Northin Shreveport. She was preceded in deathby her parents, Garland and Bessie Keadle Evans; husband,Ernest R. Torres; son, Ernest DeWayne Torres; grandson,Kenny Joe Torres and threebrothers and one sister. She is survived by her daughters, FayeTorres and Jackie Rivers of Zwolle and Janet Sepulvado of Noble; sons, Kenneth Torres and wife, Noel, of Zwolle and Harold Dew andwife, Sherry, of Ft. Jesup; sister,Irene Armstrong of Fullerton, Calif.; special companion, Spanky; twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers were Donny Joe Torres, Dalton Laroux, Michael Laroux, Donald Hugh Remedies, Derek Sepulvado, Tommy Dew and Mike Rivers. Honorary Pallbearers were grandchildren and great grandchildren.
