Graveside services for Cecelia Meshell, 81, of Zwolle, were held on Saturday, August 23 at 3 p.m. at Zwolle City Cemetery with the Rev. Alan Murff officiating. Cecelia Meshell was born on Monday, Nov. 14, 1932 in Zwolle. She passed away on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014 at Sabine Medical Center in Many. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Eugene Sepulvado and Jimmy Ray Meshell; her parents, Paul and Marcelina Martinez Sepulvado and her daughter, Rita Maxine Leone. She is survived by her three daughters, Sherry Garner of Many, Edna Leone and husband, Simon, of Shreveport and Brenda Fong and husband, Ronald, of Shreveport; one sister, Nancy Ballas of Houston, Texas; one brother-in-law, Russell M. Montgomery of Biloxi, Miss.; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; five greatgreat- grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
