Funeral services for William Kenneth Anderson, 91, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Siloam Baptist Church with Bro. Joe Hendrickson and Bro. Chuck Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Siloam Baptist Church.
William Kenneth Anderson was born on Thursday, May 17, 1934 in Recknor, LA. He passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William “Bill” and Lender Sanders Anderson; brother, Oscar Anderson; sisters, Bertha Gandy, Arlene Pilcher, Kathryn Carter and Opal Marr.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Sharon Anderson of Many, Louisiana; daughters, Robbin Hammer and husband Norman of Scott, Louisiana, and Stacey Anderson of Lafayette, Louisiana; son, Clint Anderson and wife Suzette who Kenneth called his “favorite daughter-in-law” of Many, Louisiana; brother, Rufus “R. H.” Anderson and wife Brenda of Many, Louisiana; grandchildren: T. J. Leach and wife Adyson of Recknor, Louisiana, Sarah Hernandez and husband Stephen of Youngsville, Louisiana, Regan Jones and husband Brandon of Peason, Louisiana; Jacob Berger of Lafayette, Louisiana and Madeline Hammer of Maurice, Louisiana; great grandchildren: Ellie Leach, Parker Leach, JoeLi Leach, Mak Leach, Kase Jones, Lucy Hernandez, Anderson Boone Leach and Shepherd Jones; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Oak Hill Cemetery Fund.
