The Sabine Parish Hall of Fame is pleased to announce Dr. Terrell A. Gray, Sr., as the recipient of this year’s Lifetime Accomplishment Award.

Dr. Terrell A. Gray, Sr., was born to Bobbie Underwood Sweet and Johnny Gray, Sr. Growing up in Many, Louisiana, he graduated from Many High School in 1987. His siblings include the late Johnny Gray, Jr. (Deceased), Shontay Gray, and Sonya Sweet.

Dr. Gray holds a Ph.D. in Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. His published and trademarked dissertation, titled “Leading in Cyclical Environments: An Examination of North American Executive Leadership Styles in Global Semiconductor Organizations,” 2013. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Furthermore, Dr. Gray completed an Executive Leadership program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, focusing on “Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development.”

Professionally, Dr. Terrell Gray, Sr. boasts over 20 years of experience as a semiconductor industry technology professional. Recognized as a strategic and visionary leader in Silicon Valley, he excels in driving sales and fostering partnerships that contribute to profitable and sustained business growth for global organizations. Currently, Dr. Gray serves as a Senior Sales Executive in Silicon Valley (San Jose, CA), the hub of semiconductor chips, for a Fortune 500 Global Technology Firm headquartered in Bern, Switzerland.

Strategic Account Manager, Applied Materials 1994 – 2000 Terrell has been married to Candance Thompson- Gray from San Francisco, California, for 23 years. Together, they are proud parents of two boys. Terrell A. Gray, Jr. (18), is currently a Senior at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, California. Terrell Gray Jr. will be attending LSU in the Fall of 2024. The younger son, Tristan Gray, aged 13, is a seventh- grade student enrolled at St. Raymond Catholic School in Dublin, California.

Terrell follows the Baptist faith and is an active member of the Well Church in Livermore, California. The Gray family resides in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.

Terrell finds satisfaction in maintaining a regular exercise regimen, which includes running and weightlifting throughout his weekly routine. Additionally, he takes pleasure in pursuits such as reading, traveling, and actively contributing to his community through participation in various community service activities.

The Sabine Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will be held on Tuesday, March 26th at Cypress Bend Banquet Hall, 2000 Cypress Bend Parkway, Many, Louisiana.
