Sherman “Pete” Campbell

Funeral services for Sherman Campbell, 77, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Baptist Church with Bro. Leon Manshack and Bro. Nick Remedies officiating. Burial will follow in the Florien Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, October 13, 2023, at 6:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church.

Sherman “Pete” Campbell was born on Monday, July 15, 1946 in Soso, MS. He passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at his residence in Many, LA.

He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Linda Orchid Campbell; parents, Samual Luther Campbell and Ophelia (Hancock) Campbell and four siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie E. Campbell of Many, LA; sons: Scott L. Campbell and wife Crystal of Kenosha, WI, Gregory P. Campbell and wife Kim of Vidor, TX and Peter L. Campbell of Beaumont, TX: furbabies: Roxie, Mollie and Maggie; brothers, Lonnie Campbell and wife Gwendolyn of Franklin, LA; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Scott Campbell, Gregory Campbell, Lain Campbell, Landon Campbell, Johnny Miller and Jason Miller.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Lonnie Campbell and Heath Perez.
