Funeral services for Louise A. Moore, 76, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Bethsadia Baptist Church with Bro. Glen Howard and Bro. Stanley Neel officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethsadia Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, LA. Visitation will continue on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Bethsadia Baptist Church.
Louise A. Moore was born on Saturday, September 28, 1946 in Carencro, LA. She passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at her residence in Many, LA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Gerald Moore, Sr.; parents, Louis William and Lorena Jackson; parents-in-law, Willie Sr. and Mary Florence Moore; in-laws, Willie E. and Barabra Moore, Laurence and Joyce Moore and James and Shirley Lowery; sister-in-law, Edna Johnson and her brothers-in-law, Johnny Moore and William Moore.
She is survived by her son, Gerald Moore, Jr. and wife Dena of Many, LA; daughter, Tina Louise Hershberger and husband Clint of Many, LA; fur baby, Smokey; grandchildren: Natalie Lehr of Florien, LA, David Moore and wife Nichol of Florien, LA, Christain Meshell and husband Roger of Negreet, LA, Tyler Hershberger and wife Kaylie of Pineland, TX, Brayden Hershberger and fiancé Aspen Powell of Pineland, TX and Chase Hershberger of Many, LA; great grandchildren: Stone McDonald, Lilley McDonald, Cameron (Cam) Moore, Haylee Moore, Willow McDonald, Olin Meshell, Levi Moore, Poppy McDonald, Madi (MooMoo) Meshell, Ryker Hershberger and Rydge Hershberger; brothers, Johnny Jackson of Scott, LA, Louis Jackson of Duson, LA and companion Marilyn Jones, and Ivy Lee Jackson and wife Roseanna of Jennings, LA; sisters-in-law, Sue Stoker of Alvin, TX, Amy Corley of Zwolle, LA, Peggy Groves and husband Bob of Zwolle, LA, Margaret Hamilton and husband CR of Fort Worth, TX, Alma Ingles and husband LC of Downsville, LA; brother-in-law, David “Buddy Moore of Zwolle, LA; God children, Ivy Lee Jackson, III, Ireland Leigha Marie Cutrer and Wrigley Dane Cutrer; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews: Tyler Hershberger, Brayden Hershberger, William Lowery, Roger Meshell, Bobby Jackson and Daniel Lowery.
Honorary Pallbearers: grandsons, David Moore and Chase Hershberger and her great grandsons, Stone, Cameron, Olin, Levi, Ryker and Rydge; and nephews, Brad Corley and Adam Corley and her Walmart Co-Workers.
