Funeral services for Melinda Faye Knippers, 72, of Noble, LA, will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Zwolle, LA with Rev. Dean Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Noble Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Zwolle LA.

Melinda Faye Knippers was born on Thursday, December 1, 1949 in Many, LA. She passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 in Shreveport, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Jackson Childress and Sylvia Inez (King) Childress; her brother Joe Childress and sister Malola Hardy.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth Knippers of Noble, LA; sister Sherry Williams and husband Ray of Belmont, LA; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Pallbearers: Clay Childress, Jerry Manasco, Jamey Manasco, Andrew Newman, Josh Simmons and Lance Leone.
