Funeral services for Bobby Eugene Salter, 70, of Florien, LA, will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Wayne Chance and Bro. Tony Anthony officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church.

Bobby Eugene Salter was born on Tuesday, October 30, 1951 in Many, LA. He passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Florien, LA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Vickey Salter; parents, J. B. and Maxine (Spears) Salter; son, Jeremy Salter; sister, Carolyn Holcomb; and brother-in-law, Coy Holcomb.

He is survived by his son, Jerad Salter of Florien, LA; daughter, Jenny Petit and husband Anthony of Florien, LA; grandchildren, Aidan Heredia and Taylor Drewett; niece, Trish Rivers of Florien, LA; nephew, Jason Holcomb and wife Michelle of Woodworth, LA; great nieces: Caroline Hubbard (Matthew), Lynlee Holcomb (Justin Rhame) and Landry Holcomb; brother-in-law, Rickey Leach of Florien, LA; along with a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers: Bubba Savell, Chris Funderburk, Ricky Arthur, Bo Stewart, Kelly Stewart, Jason Holcomb, Daniel Jones and Willie Stewart.
